At Domine Mea Lux, our mission extends far beyond apparel. We donate 25% of all profits to organizations supporting persecuted Christians worldwide. To ensure we can continue making the greatest possible impact, we maintain the following policy regarding refunds and returns:
All Sales Are Final
Because each purchase directly supports charitable and ministry initiatives, all sales are final. We do not accept:
- Returns
- Exchanges
- Refund requests
- Order cancellations after checkout
Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Defective or Damaged Items
While we cannot accept returns, we will absolutely make things right if your item arrives damaged or defective. If this happens, please contact us at support@dominemealux.com with the following:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Photos of the defect or damage
Our team will investigate and provide a replacement if appropriate.
Incorrect Addresses & Delivery Issues
Domine Mea Lux is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If the package is returned to us due to an address issue, we can reship it at the customer’s expense.
